Law regulates when the following is mandatory:

Labour safety

Employee responsible for the execution of a safe, healthy wise, non-threatening, personal, material, and organizational work requirements and conditions determined by law.

• issuing labour safety regulation, actualization,
• work security and hygiene risk evaluation and its annaul verification,
• work safety training for annual recurrents and new entrants.

Law regulates the professional work security and hygiene audit for establishments before the installation of work places, work apparatus and technologies.

Enviromental protection

Law regulates those whoo issues the environment liable to give reference to anyone about the coherent datas about the environmental strain, and endangerment of the environment caused by the individiual.
In case of breach of the notification obligation, a provision for the organization who completes the legitimacy contol of the environment user can be initiated.
Law regulates when mandatory:

• waste material handling (to make harmless, recycling),
• environmental, waste management regulations, and issue a waste management plan,
• pay environmental fee, and recording, reporting, declaring of it,
• employing an environmental protection commissioner, commission by contract,
• liquidation of environmental status audit, final pay-off,
• dangerous waste material handling.

Safeguarding
