During the audit of the physical inventory we search for the physical and insystem differences in the stock. First spontaneously checking the 10 % of the stock then counting and gauging the whole stock in itemised.
The stock control can be done electronically as well, eg.: using a manual scanner, so the recording of the results in the system is made sure, or rather with the use of bar-code the expiration dates can be filtered out.
